The Holy Spirit Encounter
Dr. Joshua's journey into the nations began with a powerful baptism in the Holy Spirit while ministering in Northern Ireland. That encounter lit a fire in him, sending him to the Northeastern United States after high school to mentor with Victory Center Church, where he began moving in signs and wonders.
Today's Mission
Today, Dr. Joshua is the founder of Kingdom Champions College, dedicated to raising up leaders for the nations. He also serves as the Senior Leader of East Gate Jacksonville—a Kingdom center positioned at the East Gate of the United States, where the gospel first arrived on American shores.

Visionary Leader
605 Wells is a kingdom hub located at 605 Wells Rd in Orange Park Florida. This space is set apart for God to get what He wants, as He breaks open the Well on Wells so that love will flow into lives, and streams will flow in the desert. 5 Ministries will function as this as a primary space, including inner healing and deliverance, discipleship, worship and intercession, equipping and transformation. This is different than a "church" as we will have set-aside times for equipping but will host a few different congregations that align with the transformational mandate that rests on our lives. Psalm 60:5 says, "Save us and help us with your right hand, that those you love may be delivered. "

As the Senior Leader at East Gate, Dr. Todd guides the spiritual growth and development of the community, fostering an environment of faith, love, and discipleship.
Chancellor at Kingdom Champions College
A new wine educational model that allows students to matriculate credit of their training stages in ministry and apply to programs offering bachelor, masters, and doctorates in aspects of Kingdom Leadership.
Healing Streams
Through Healing Streams, Dr. Todd and the team ministers internationally to those in need of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing as well as deliverance, bringing hope and restoration to many lives.

Dr Joshua leads sons and daughters of God in the best practices of spiritual sonship to connect with himself or others as fathering leaders. The principles and safe place of learning these things facilitate expedited spiritual inheritance that reaches to the international level. Dr Joshua has been fathering leaders for over a decade on multiple continents.
The International School of Encounter
The School of Encounter provides disciples an opportunity to receive impartation and sound theological equipping from many Spirit-Filled instructors, leading to a life of encounter with Jesus. This powerful hybrid model continues the Wagner leadership model of making ministers that both "Do" and "Teach" the Kingdom of God that Christ desires believers to walk in fulfilling the great commission.

It’s not because the doors were wrong. It’s because we forgot to carry the key. The key is mercy.
